The next edition

The next nightly Cup is being scheduled.

NO LIVE DRAW

Install Clubs Manager and configure a tournament channel now. Registration appears in /cup at midnight UK time for each scheduled night.

One UK-time matchnight

A clear clock from entry to kickoff.

No forms passed around. No captain chasing a spreadsheet. Every night’s Tournament Desk starts clean and follows the club through the final.

  1. 00:00

    Entry opens

Choose Enter tonight’s Cup on the rolling Wazzap Esports card. /cup in your club server is the alternate route; Discord Event “Interested” is only a reminder.

  2. 18:30

    Registration closes

Two to eight eligible clubs form the field. Later eligible clubs remain ordered on that night’s waitlist.

  3. 19:15

    Readiness locks

A checked-in captain and seven available players keep the place. Nothing carries over from another night.

  4. 19:30

    The draw publishes

Each server receives its fixture card. Two-club nights show only a final; larger fields reveal only the rounds they need.

  5. 20:00

    Kickoff

Each fixture starts when both captains tap Ready to play. Matching score reports advance immediately; mismatches pause only that branch.

Automation where it is safe

The routine runs itself. Decisions stay human.

Automatic
Nightly edition creation, registration windows, waitlist promotion, readiness lock, required bracket rounds, Discord updates and matching results.
Captain-led
Fresh entry and availability each night, one mutual five-minute delay, score reports, no-show reports and private screenshot evidence.
Operator-reviewed
Conflicting evidence, result mismatches, disqualifications, replay orders, late reversals and platform or EA incidents.

The seven-player rule

Seven by halftime. Evidence, not guesswork.

A club may begin below seven human-controlled players, but must field seven by the end of the halftime substitution window. The bot collects screenshots and deadlines; it never tries to interpret the image.
