Club entry checklist

Set up once. Enter fresh each night.

Clubs Cup runs nightly inside Clubs Manager and is free during beta. Your club does not need a second bot, a spreadsheet or a separate captain account.

    Install Clubs Manager

    Add the app to the club server with the normal least-privilege permissions. Clubs Cup uses the existing Create Events permission and does not require Administrator.

  2. 02

    Complete club setup

    Connect the server to an active club workspace. Owners, administrators and captains are the only club roles allowed to enter a cup.

  3. 03

    Choose the tournament channel

    Pick one text or announcement channel for the persistent Cup card, opponent notices, results and cancellation alerts.

  4. 04

    Enter tonight’s Cup

    Registration opens at 00:00 UK time. Return to the rolling Clubs Cup card in Wazzap Esports, choose Enter tonight’s Cup, select your connected club and confirm the captain. You can use /cup in the club server instead.

    Discord Event “Interested” only sets a reminder. Entry closes at 18:30; RSVPs and check-in lock at 19:15 and never carry into the next edition.
